At Highland Community Builders (HCB), our primary goal is to help individuals in our communities achieve empowered and fulfilling lives through self-sufficiency. We do this by facilitating housing opportunities, workforce development, and support programs that enable people to live, work, and prosper.

Funding through HCB helped RCHA provide workforce training to 87 participants in 2023.
In 2023, funding through HCB helped RCHA support 60 participants in achieving valuable industry-recognized certifications.
Since 2021, funding through HCB has helped RCHA prevent 131 evictions through rental assistance.
